Colorado mass shooting victim was on a bike tour, hopes to finish
Likely by now you've heard of the terrible mass shooting in a Colorado movie theater, but today we learned that one of the victims was on a cross-country bike tour from Connecticut to San Francisco.
Stephen Barton, 22, survived a shotgun blast to the neck and is recovering in a hospital bed in Aurora, Colo. He told KUSA TV that he plans to finish his ride once he recovers, which doctors say is likely.
We wish him the best of luck and a speedy recovery.
