Safe Streets Save Lives
Who is teaching the generation of riders how to ride safely? And who is teaching drivers how to drive around cyclists?
These were the questions that BikeLaw.com sought to answer in their new educational campaign, a year in the making. The Safe Streets Save Lives movement is all about educating cyclists to take their safety into their own hands.
The SSSL campaign encourages you to feel empowered by your rights and to uphold your responsibilities as a rider, and we can all get there safely together.
Though their organization is based in South Carolina, the tips and strategies they share can be applied anywhere.
They've also created these four public service announcements to help you get started.
